Description
The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building and the front door leads into a central hallway. The accommodation is arranged as follows; a spacious living room, which retains many original features, is located to the rear of the apartment. The owners have arranged comfortable sofas around the fire place and provided a dining table with seating for 4 for guests who wish to dine at home. There is a TV with DVD player and Freeview, and WiFi internet access is also supplied.
A modern internal kitchen with skylight is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is a good selection of china, glass, cutlery and cookware for the use of guests.
The inviting Master bedroom has an attractive open fire place and louvered ceilings. It is furnished with an iron bedstead, chandelier and freestanding wardrobe.
The bright second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a super king on request.
The large bathroom overlooks the gardens to the rear of the apartment; it has a roll top bath as well as a shower cabinet and a basin. A separate Loo completes the accommodation.
