Step 1 - Find and book a holiday-apartment.
-Use the search function at the left side of the front page for a list of holiday accommodations in the place of your choice.
-Select the period of your vacation, and the system automatically searches free accommodations for you.
-Click on the title, a picture or "Details" in the Summary, to let appear the entire display, including all information.
-Click on "Contact owner" to come into contact with the landlord, for a reservation request, or just to get more information.
Please ensure that your e-mail address and phone number are correct.
We encourage you to send reservation requests to different vacation rentals, so you finally have a larger selection. (A reservation request is not binding.)

Step 2 - Choose your holiday-rental and confirm your reservation.
Have you contacted the owner of your desired holiday-rental and booked your accommodation, please make sure you get a written confirmation by letter or e-mail, or pay a deposit if that’s wanted by the owner. If a deposit is required, it is usually between 10% and 50% of the total price.
The method of payment depends on the homeowner. If the owner accepts PayPal or credit cards, we recommend you to use this fast and safe option. But of course you can also pay cash or by bank transfer if you prefer.
Step 3 - Check , signing and returning the contract.
Please return the contract to the owner.
The contract must be included: arrival and departure date and departure time due date of receipt of payment, cancellation policy and other conditions such as additional pets or other appointments that you have met with the owner.
Please read and check the contract carefully before signing it, and return it to the owner.
In a last-minute booking, please choose the fast way by fax or e-mail.
Step 4 - Pay on time, in order to secure your reservation.
The manner of payment of the agreed rent is specified in the contract. Please adhere strictly to the stated payment terms, to avoid any nasty surprises, such as possibly losing a deposit because you have not charged the full amount paid at the specified time, and your property was rented to others.
Before your arrival, you have the following information?
- The full address of the accommodation.
- The exact address where you can pick up the keys of the accommodation.
- The Tel.-Nr./Mobile-Nr. of the owner or contact person.
- The exact route to your holiday -accommodationt.
- The opening times of a possibly existing reception.
