The luxury villa was built in 2002. The villa has two floors and has been lovingly maintained by the owner. The EC comprises entrance hall, living room with fireplace, south facing with access to a covered terrace and garden with swimming pool (10x5, up to 2.30 m deep), a guest bathroom, a bedroom, bathroom with corner bath and a fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances, kitchen island, dining area and exit to a terrace.
The 1st floor consists of a spacious master bedroom, a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and double sinks. Furthermore, there are 2 large terraces and roof terrace, all with stunning sea views across Carvoeiro to the Atlantic all the way to Lagos.

Area description
West of the center of Carvoeiro, just 10 minutes walk, as well as to"Paraiso beach". Quiet cul de sac.
The other beaches are easily reached in 5-10 minutes by car.
